@irl I'm also moving to ansible to configure stuff and I was wondering as you about how to manage roles. Right now I'm more inclined to use git submodules but I did not start yet.

@irl at the end I created a collection with all the roles because, luckily, since ansible 2.10 both collection and roles can be installed from git. So no need to host them on galaxy.ansible.com but it's easier not having to deal with git submodules in each repository with playbooks that need one of the role from the collection.
