FLOSSbOxIN and FbIN have been mine for years now. Should I apply for some sort of copyright and or trademark for it?
Recently I had seen someone make use of it for bad stuff, and it took me 2 months to get it sorted via the hosting provider's help. Had to go through a lot.
@fbinin trademark is a better fit for such thing but i heard that any IP stuff in India takes months or even years. I myself need to apply for a copyright for my book and seems like its such a huge and lengthy process

The associated costs, and what sort of documents. I searched a lot, but each one confuses me more.
