I like the way how there’s a mass exodus of Windows users to Linux or MacOS and I’m glad to say that I’m one of them. Debian was the only distro that kept me around for over 7 months without distro hopping.

@SpaciousCoder78 Same here. I use mostly Debian or its derivatives. Arch is not my piece of cake. Parrot and Kali surely, but none otherwise.

@fbinin the closest I got to arch was using manjaro but I didn’t like it. I’ve been on debian/ubuntu based distros for like 9 years now. Most of the Ubuntu ones had issues and would often break. Never had a single problem with debian.

Exactky. Manjaro is good, but again the same issues as KDE or any heavy weight stuff. My laptop burned out most of the times.

Debian is the mos stable and even when it breaks, it is easy to get back the whole thing.

Although I have never been able to get my head around how to do the on any of the distros. Much too complicated for me. lols

Did you try or yet? MX is so much better. I also keep hopping on to

@SpaciousCoder78 @fbinin you could checkout endeavourOS for a good arch linux experience. i used it early on before switching to vanilla arch.

@kishy @SpaciousCoder78

I have tried literally every one of the distros out there, even from . Endeavour is very heavy in itself & for smooth scrolling, I really need to ensure I have heavy specs of a laptop/desktop/aio.

@kishy @fbinin I’m not distro hopping anymore or using anything other than debian because I do debian packaging now.

@SpaciousCoder78 @kishy
Yup, I know. Just that Debian is the very best, and should be numero uno, imho.
