I finished Blood of the Dawnwalker - great time. Now I'm going back to The Witcher 3. I can clearly see how much The Witcher 3 was used as an inspiration. Great stuff. I enjoyed the fighting but it did get a bit monotonous. The boss fights were super easy though. Like I could beat all these boss fights, but still die at some random fight during the day with soldiers! :D

@sri I hope you played the other Witcher games first. I started with TW3 too but I felt like playing the older games first would’ve made my experience a lot better.

@SpaciousCoder78 oh I absolutely did. I found Witcher 2 somewhat tedious though. I would always upgrade my gaming machine for each release heh.

I got into witcher playing Witcher 1.

@sri Witcher 2 was uber janky My game actually glitched at the end of chapter 2 and I couldn’t save nor quit the game. 2 definitely wasn’t as good as 3 but it’s playable. TW1 is too outdated for me but if Witcher remake never comes out or gets delayed further I’ll play the classic. I own all Witcher games but just didn’t play the OG one yet. and TW1 is native on Mac too!

@SpaciousCoder78 I actually loved the OG! Especially towards the end. It's what made the series popular.

The second one you ended up in this one place for way too long. It didn't have the open world that witcher 3 had.

@sri I guess I should give the OG a try in that case. It’s incredibly dated for me though but again I don’t think I’ll be able to play the remake even if it comes out.
