Terminal UI accessibility question. Should a terminal app’s colour default colour scheme use remappable colours (the first 16), or is fixed (consistent) ok?
Relatedly. Should a term app’s UI be functional in the absence of colour support (eg, use reverse video and such like)
@jmtd also: should terminal apps honour when the whole terminal is set to reverse video eg `xterm -rv` (if that can be detected)
