Manchile in WETWARE was inspired by Phil Dick's "The Golden Man." And I wanted him to do the opposite of humans putting their minds inro robots...he was a (meat-based) robot who put his mind into a human fetus by having extra DNA. As he put it, "Let's miscegenate, baby, I've got two-tail sperm!".

The only option for the 14-20 spawnlings is that he’s secretly an Post Abraham Era Jewish Patriarch.

But if you view them through the lens of their apparent belief that status is reflected by how many women, cattle, and guns you own then it makes sense.
