Today’s off to a great start, none of my clothes were dried, can’t update all my packages because oh yeah daily driving unstable is fun, and apparently I still don’t have a teacher assigned for my CS class this semester, and all my old teachers are leaving! at least I have rice I made last night, so that’s fun
Can’t figure out how, but like after a whole ass month of busting my ass planning and helping organise a 400+ people event, I only somehow needed 2 days of just laying in my bed before I could catch up to everything???? How does my body work wth.
@rhonda have thought about it a lot, or well enough, think it has to do with wanting to be for once, on the in group, making jokes makes one feel like part of the group, and passive discrimination (making ableist, sexist, and other xenophobic comments and such) at least, gives you an in, and some community to be with, and at least when I’ve felt marginalised, that’s what I’ve desperately wanted, any sense of community. Think that’s why.

@sophie144p our Job system works, ignore the unemployment rate, the contrast between “holy shit people don’t want to work” and thousands applying for the same jobs, and the “dips and rise of the market” relating to employment, especially in big tech. it’s all fine :)))
