RRX RE 4 Desiro HC leaving Düsseldorf-Bilk station towards Düsseldorf Hbf ICE 4 on the open tracks at Karlsruhe Hagsfeld, heading towards Mannheim

Anyway, if you like GNOME and their design concepts, you're awesome and totally a valid user of Linux.

Sick of the absurd nonsense that says otherwise.

4 panel comic.

1. Pony tail walks up to no hair and says "The inspection revealed a few problems Looks like your planet needs an alignment."
No hair responds "Oh?"

2. Zoom to just pony tail who continues "Yeah, your magnetic axis is 400 miles off-center from your rotational one."
From off panel no hair asks "Is that bad?"

3. Zoom out to show both figures again. Pony tail says "The unbalanced magnetic field could cause radiaton anomalies over the south atlantic. Have you noticed any spacecraft failures in that area?"
No hair responds "There *have* been a few, actually."

4. Pony tail continues "We can give you a loner planet whiles yours is in the shop. Is a gas giant ok?"
No hair replies "I'd *really* prefer a solid surface."
Pony tail says "Sorry, it's all we have. But it'll just be for a few days."

one day it will work

The thinkfriend is the only portable computer that can love you back. It is never too slow, too hot, low on battery nor does it fail to boot. It simply is, and is very good at it.

A photo of a small early 21st century laptop, a thinkpad, with full sized keyboard but no trackpad space and a short wide screen like a large beautiful PDA with early thinkpad styling. It is small and if it doesn’t love you almost certainly has a little bit of a crush on you.

If you are going to tonight's 6pm protest in Boston at Park Street, bring friends and mask. Use airplane mode, turn off your phone or don't bring it to disable tracking. Bring a camera if you want to record it. MBTA stations and buses have cameras. Here is an incomplete map of surveillance cameras around Park Street. Get your own map at cctv.masspirates.org

3191. Superstition

title text: It's important to teach yourself to feel responsible for random events, because with great responsibility comes great power. That's what my wise Uncle Ben told me right before he died; he might still be alive today if only I'd said rabbit rabbit that year!

No hair says "oops, I forgot to say 'Rabbit rabbit' on January 1st"
Buzz cut asks "why do you do that?"
No hair says "Just a superstition"
Buzz cut asks "what's a superstition?"
No hair replies "It's a way to train yourself to feel like any bad thing that happens is your fault"
