@netbsd yes, I did. But that gets me video output, and doesn't seem to show any activity. Is eMMC boot supported?

I would appreciate some pointers for installing #NetBSD on my #Rock64 arm SBC. I tried various combinations of concatenated images, and nothing seems to boot, let alone show video output for the HDMI port. And yes, I read the wiki. #boosts welcome.

The new semester started and this year I have added nine slides for my intro lecture in C++ about the use of LLMs when trying to get better at programming.

It's not on the slides but I may have mentioned the thing with fascist billionaires and pollution of our planet in my verbal commentary on the topic.

I don't like gen for many reasons -the technology only exists because copyright/licences were ignored, - LLMs are not a trustful source, they 'hallucinate' and a part of the answers are totally wrong, but they are pretty good in pretending that it is right. LLMs cost a lot of energy - I hope most people are aware of climate change? Since many people just believe what LLMs are telling them, it has a high potential to be misused for propaganda.

@nina_kali_nina need to figure out why the armbsd image on my rock64 won't boot, but have a suspicion. Once that works I'll hopefully can get everything set up.
