@cstross mine’s always faintly lemon flavoured. I’m not sure I’d like mango more or less. I know I have to avoid lemon squash for months afterwards

@cstross Out of some kind of morbid curiosity (and in honour of the "Agent Picolax" thread https://singletrackworld.com/2009/02/the-picolax-thread-returns/ and your sacrifice on the altar of the NHS), this moose ran a search on "Plenvu + Picolax" and the one they gave you is (a) kinder and gentler plus (b) gets better results (medically speaking), so they gave you the right stuff.

That said: I hope everything goes well and you can laugh about it afterwards (with a beer or two).

@cstross I’m sorry to have to ask, but is this an example of a “shitpost”?

@Cadbury_Moose

The good news is: only teensy-tiny polyps and the same diverticular disease as 11 years ago—no sign of cancer.

The bad news is: they still haven't found the cause of the bleeding so they want to do an upper GI endoscopy next.

The gift that keeps on giving!

@cstross Eek! Well I hope they find and fix it, otherwise it may mean lowering an ROV into your digestive system and following it all the way through. 3:O((>
