I've been working on better integrating layer effects with the undo/redo history in #GIMP. Currently you can undo/redo adding, removing, and reordering filters.

This WIP connects editing filters as well, so you can revert back to previous layer effect settings. This should also help prevent surprises when Ctrl + Z removes the filter entirely rather than just reverting to a previous edit!

@neal Yep! I have a folder of random images I've collected to use for feature demos, and this one was fun to play around with for Hue-Chroma filter. :)

@CmykStudent Sonic CD was my first Sonic game, so I have super fond memories of it.

@jmtd @CmykStudent Sonic CD for Windows 95 PC. I never owned a Sega Genesis. I played Sonic CD on PC, then Sonic & Knuckles Collection, then got into the rest later once I got a GameCube.
