If your business sends e-mails to customers with only the text/html MIME section populated and the text/plain MIME section is either empty, contains raw HTML, or instructs the recipient to get a "better" e-mail client, you are both a cunt and in breach of the Equality Act 2010.

Especially since it is perfectly possible to just not send a text/plain section. My mail client will fall back to the html one perfectly fine in that case.
