My kombucha turned out nice. It does come with a hint of pickle taste from the fermentation vessel I used, but hey, you can't have it all.
@werdahias I haven't made my own SCOBY yet, I used somebody else's, but I have a zine about it in Dutch if that helps...
@anarchiv would ust buy one, meant more for the recipe in general
@werdahias I don't use a recipe, I just throw in the SCOBY with tea and as much sugar as you can dissolve in it in a jar I can screw shut and then I let that shit ferment until it's done.
