The RAMQ has deliberately blocked being able to "press 9" to get English until after having listened through all the options.
There's no legitimate reason to block pressing 9 earlier. This is just anti-English nonsense from Quebec.
@purpleidea Québec is really insane like this. I've literally had tellers at the bank tell me in fluent English that sorry they can't help me in English.
