So assuming one wishes rid oneself of USian video streaming services (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV, Disney, … you get the drift), which legal European options are available?

Not exactly streaming, but with modern speed, the difference isn't that big.
(there was a streaming software too, but I never used it so don't remember its name)
