Air quality in my current location at

Aranet4 Air quality Meter showing 2376 ppm of CO2 and indicating "red"

@webmink did you bring that sensors with you? Apropos, I've been looking for one for home, is that one worth the RRP? TIA!

@webmink I can almost taste the coronavirus just from that picture.

@jmtd
No, it is someone else's but I know a lot of people who have this model.

@webmink Ouch. That's well into headaches and dizziness levels, even ignoring the increased Covid/Flu risk. Might be time to open a window.

Anything above 1000ppm is high risk even without a pandemic.

😷

Graphic showing the relative risks of different levels of CO2. 2400ppm is the upper end of the scale. Anything above 1000ppm is above the WHO limit under normal circumstances

@dentangle @webmink And 78.5F too.

@webmink @jmtd I have that meter, and I take it everywhere. It's a bit pricey but I've never regretted the spend.

si pun

@kevin @dentangle @webmink that's a very serious capacitance... But why would that be relevant or dangerous?

@webmink looks like normal devroom air. Except for the °F, which is unusual in Europe 🙃
(I successfully avoided FOSFlu the past two years by masking indoors)

@webmink does it come with Kelvin?

@wnd
No, someone else brought it, he stayed behind....

@webmink omg this was the CRA room this afternoon.

A CO2 sensor showing a reading of 5342ppm

@aki @webmink @jalefkowit holy shit no wonder this conf is internationally renowned for spreading disease

@aki @webmink

Isn't that in the "should be leaving the room" range?

@jmtd @sennoma @webmink very few measurements from Brussels on indoorco2map - would be nice to expand that come next FOSDEM.
