#FOSDEM ers, can anyone help me recall what "SUM UP CERKINFO CI DE" might be? €6.70 EUR. I'm guessing a coffee or something like that!
@jmtd SUM UP are a payment terminal provider, and elsewhere suggested the rest sounds like some of ULB, so I'd guess coffee or perhaps club mate in one of the bars?

@zhenech definitely, alas, not my only problem: per-diem of 62 EUR for food to contend with as well argh

Elsewhere on there, "il s’occupe de toute la logistique liée aux bars, cafés et à la cafétéria pendant le FOSDEM" (they take care of all logistics for bars, cafes and refreshments during FOSDEM) so almost certainly a FOSDEM cafe/bar?
