Wall-wart PSU design from 1983. Not sure if I should laugh or cry. 😂 Wires are just wrapped together. Not a single drop of solder inside that thing at all.
I'd like to replace that cap, but fear breaking it in the process.
@derSammler just get one with the same ratings, ideally with 110 ° C temperature rating, too. If you carefully unwind that you can reattach it easily. Best would be soldering in tbh.

@derSammler I once had to repair the power supply of my Atari 800XL. One of the rectifier diodes died, so I replaced them all with larger ones.
ISTR that some of these wallwarts didn't use solder because they could got hot enough to melt it...
