@jmtd Hot ends are consumable parts, so not that screwed.
@jmtd should be doable but probably not trivial. Try and wedge something into the hole and screw it out. If that doesn't work, there are special drill-like things to grip into pre-drilled holes to get stuff out. If you can get a left-handed small machine screw, screw that into the hole and keep going?

Been there. I had to print smth right this moment so I heated the nozzle to max temp and grabbed a screw extraction set, a wrench and heat resistant gloves.
Its possible if you want to get dirty but be careful, you can easly break more stuff this way, notibly very delicate thermocouple cables and other parts of the machine, as well as yourself.
Its better to just swap a whole heatblock.
