Based Portugal
human rights
I don't think that means what you think it means. Human rights are a social construction that have not been around a very long time, and they're basic things like speech, self-governance and the freedom of movement within a nation.
Human rights do not include forcing everyone else to address you the way you want. That's compelled speech. Human rights also don't mean you can give your children whatever medication/drugs you want.
Guess the world is healing. Good on Portugal listening to the will of the people. If their citizens are electing representatives to push back on your world view, you might want to think about why. Have you read the opposition and tried to understand their concerns, or do you just automatically assume the role of victim?
