@werdahias worse: the attackers now know both the booking code and the last name, and thus can take over every pass.

Do they reissue them with changed IDs? No.

Do they even fucking react to the requests I sent for this? Guess.

I think more people need to be angry at Interrail, but this smells like a lawyer told them to not give out anything concrete beyond what was already told, no matter what.
