@jmtd it's been a while since I played NMS. I'm probably due for another round soon!
@fred I normally play just the expeditions and nothing else. But it’s been a while since they had an Expedition!
@jmtd I played it at launch (over 10 years ago. Gasp! 😬 ) and regularly came back to it after a multi-year hiatus. I think I've done this at least 3 times now, and every time it almost felt like a new game -- which, to be fair, given the amount of stuff they've added over time isn't far from being the case!
With that said, I don't think I've ever completed an expedition; so far I've always moved on to playing something else before really exhausting all the content I came back to catch up on.
@fred I got into it late, when the switch port happened. I’d bounced off it a few years earlier.
