I *did* call the Saskatchewan Turn in Poachers and Polluters hotline after the whole SpaceX debris fall here (which was a HILARIOUS conversation, by the way). Maybe I should try again and cite this record. I'm sure the rural municipality of Tullymet wants to try to get the richest dude in the world to pay a littering fine...
@sundogplanets maybe aim for "largest fine for littering from space," because nobody loves a record more than a record they can try to break

and loads of other spaces agencies (national, international as well as private) have been launching loads of things in space, have they paid fines for all the debris or not ??! And who gets that fine ? The place where the crap ends up in or do they take up that matter at the UN or something ?!! 🤔
