That makes some #NameThatWare challenges where I don't know myself what it is.
This might be related to the CAMAC interface (deducted from the location where I found it), but I really don't know. Can you deduct what it is and what it does?

I see some 74 series logic: an astable multivibrator, a 3-to-8 demux and a flipflop chip.
I would assume this is a custom board doing some kind of bus translation logic.

@radioscout unlikely. This thing went in the trash a few minutes after taking the picture. It's now buried below other trash, some of it quite heavy.
