Dinner made with ingredients from pickups by @Akirakio Can you guess the one ingredient of this meal which we bought conventionally in a (bio) store? 😉

A table set for three people with three plates and a bowl of salad in the middle. The dark table has three white mini-table cloths on it, one under each of the white plates. The plates contain various cooked vegetables like broccoli, potatoes, peans and ham. The salad contains conventional salad leaves, tomato, onion, cucumber and mozzarella in a white dressing based around mayonnaise, vinegar, sunflower oil and leftover liquid from sour pickles. One of the plates has a tiny bowl on the side with cut avocado, tomato and cucumber. On the opposite end is another tiny bowl with strawberries on quark.

@josch @Akirakio the ham?

@werdahias Nah, there is so much meat getting thrown away. We actually are feeding the local hedgehog population with the many kilos which otherwise would've gone straight into the bin of the supermarket and which we cannot eat because it's just too much. No, the ham is among the ingredients that got rescued. @Akirakio

@josch @Akirakio nice, reminds when I worked at a place where we also took care of hedgehogs, and fed them cat food.

@josch Is it oil?

@leony Why didn't you say salt as I expected you to??? Yes, it's the oil.

@josch
I am very disappointed that you pay for oil instead of producing it from foodshared sunflower-seeds or coconuts. Care for the environment, you Lindner-kid!

@leony Lindner-kid?? 😂
