Shit, no. Commodore 64, LOGO, when in 6th year of primary school, in class. That would have been either 1989 or 1990. Also Belgium.

Of course you programmed what the teacher told you to program, but I do remember faffing around a bit with the turtle after that. So I guess it counts.
