Sigh, I have a huge bush full of coffee I need to harvest and process. (which is great... but it's extremely labor intensive!) #coffee #gardening
1/3 of the harvest. Next to remove all the beans from the (tasty, caffeinated) fruit. Will then immediately get infuses with brewing yeast to remove pith... at least 12 hours. #coffee #gardening
@ai6yr Oh this is COOL. I absolutely love learning how to grow things that I like eating (or drinking), and growing coffee is *not* in the cards for Saskatchewan, so thank you in advance for sharing the process! I'm looking forward to following along.
