Or me, ever. I have dozens of different teas from all over the world, if you add sugar then it stops being tea and just becomes sugar water.

That's basically how I feel about tea.
His family is Sri Lankan and he says the basically drink syrup there.
The dumb part is that he knows this and he's pre diabetic. He's a doctor too!
I didn't give him sugar. I told him I wasn't going to be the one to send his blood sugar into death zone.
