@_thegeoff it's a huge thing in the state that I was born in. Sweet cardamom milk solids , studded with pistachio slices on top of a fried honeycomb thing which has been dipped in saffron syrup. Super seasonal too - only in the monsoon/end of monsoon.

@Theorem_Poem Any practical reason for monsoon-only, or just a traditional cheer-up when everybody is a bit soggy?

@_thegeoff traditionally associated with monsoon festivals, now can be sourced all year 'round. Still, far more easily available towards the last round of monsoons.
