I'm deeply disappointed by the result of the #Debian #AI vote. I seems to me that the project is pretty much split down the middle on the issue, and I'm very unhappy that my ethical opposition puts me in the minority.
I'm not sure where we go from here, but I don't think I want to abandon ship after so many years in the project.
Autistici/Inventati's domains have now been revoked. I updated the link in the above post with a wayback machine copy.
Every now and then someone tells me, "We have a decentralized naming system, it's called DNS!" and I say, no we don't, DNS is extremely centralized? And if that wasn't clear to you before, hopefully it's clear to you today.

We have restored access to our mail service. Here's how to log back in to your mailbox:
1. If you have an @autistici.org email address, we will soon restore your mail address on a new domain (we're working at it!). Until then, you won't be able to receive or send new emails, but you will still be able to access your account. You will find all your existing emails there.
2. For mailboxes on other domains:
- Use webmail: go to https://www.inventati.org click the Login button top left and enter your normal credentials.
- For standalone clients just change the mail server address: mail.autistici.org to mail.inventati.org (incoming email) / smtp.autistici.org to smtp.inventati.org (outbound email).
Keep tight! We will update you step by step here.
