Several times. Yes, that is not something you do overnight. My procedure there is, set up the new server as a secondary MX (but don't listen on it, yet) and update the SPF record to also mark it as a valid source, then wait a month for the reputation to catch up before switching over.

Turns out the MSM8916 is just running plain Android 4.4.4 which is even directly mapped to the 128x128 LCD... Basically a bad Android Phone with Hotspot turned on by default

This only works if the app was installed from the play store though. If you install it from f-droid, the necessary APIs aren't available and so it does not work.
