Holy heck, my new SCOBY fermented so hard it blew the lid off its jar

@werdahias Step 1: Get a SCOBY. That's the hardest part, but making your own is WAY harder and I can't be arsed.

Three tablespoons of black tea, five tablespoons of sugar and one litre of water should keep it alive for your first batch.
