Debian Maintainer | A Computer Nerd who also happens to be a Debian Packager.

I support free software and open standards. Outside of the computer world, I'm a STEM Major who likes inventing things.

I also port third-party software to FreeBSD. Also a mapper for OpenStreetMap.

I’m also a hobbyist graphic designers who mostly designs posters and media content for Debian India

@till Good going, Till. Best of luck to next year's contributors.

Currently helping with the organisation of MiniDebConf Navi Mumbai. This would be the first time that I actually organise something outside of college events.

And I’m also applying for a speaker this time!

The call for proposals and RSVP for MiniDebConf Navi Mumbai (with @fossunited Mumbai) are open now at https://katb.in/ituzuquzayu.

See you on 13th and 14th December.

Just handled the update of python-awkward to the latest version. Will probably update my other packages once I find some more leisure time

Back to Debian packaging for the time being due to boredom in limited capacity. I'll be only handling package updates of exisiting packages and won't work on new ones until March

@contrapunctus “Travelling OSM Salesperson Problem”.

Nice username. The same course that’s screwing me up in college right now.

Just a month ago, I also started contributing ports to FreeBSD. FreeBSD is such a nice project and deserves more love!

With a windows reinstall breaking my Debian 13 install, I had to nuke my debian partition completely. I don't plan to reinstall debian on bare metal until I get a Mac so that I can wipe a windows partition and use Debian on it. Currently in the process of installing Debian 13 in Virtual Box so that I can handle package maintenance in my absolute leisure time (got postgraduate exams so won't do too much of it nor package new stuff until they're done)

@bittin Yet to finish reading his autobiography called 'just for fun'. Haven't read the half of it but its a really amazing and funny book. A good read if you havent

Currently decided not to handle any packaging work until March until my exams are done. I'm currently active in Debian elsewhere such as helping organise MiniDebConf Mumbai where I might also appear as a speaker if things go well.

@bittin @gnome @UbuntuFR @Hellotux @lemonzest @YouTube @ubuntu amazing! do show us how it looks!

Bought Minecraft for the 7th time in my life

@bittin @gnome @UbuntuFR @Hellotux @lemonzest @YouTube @ubuntu welp the google stickers were of really poor quality and so bad that I didn't want to attend this year's local Google Conference ( though they literally gave away swag like power banks, laptop bags, laptop skins, water bottles, socks and much more) but for that one has to endure a day of listen to boring LLM talks

@werdahias this is why I use Debian stable :P I've had enough with nightmares of my linux installs breaking and bricking out of nowhere

@bittin @gnome @UbuntuFR @Hellotux @lemonzest @YouTube @ubuntu yeah does mine look too ugly? I got all of these stickers from all of the conferences I attended so far but since I haven’t been attending more lately, I’m unable to replace the fading ones.

@bittin @gnome @UbuntuFR @Hellotux @lemonzest @YouTube @ubuntu mines actually quite ugly now due to some stickers fading away and peeling off. I hope I can get some more stickers at minidebconf india later this year

@bittin @gnome @UbuntuFR @Hellotux @lemonzest @YouTube @ubuntu Nicee I hope to attend another event soon so that I can have more swag to stick onto my laptop :p

@bittin @gnome @UbuntuFR @lemonzest @YouTube @ubuntu @Hellotux that’s a cool bag, Ubuntu sure knows how to make their swag awesome :P

@bittin @gnome @lemonzest @YouTube @ubuntu @UbuntuFR that's great. I too have an Ubuntu tag from ubucon Asia last year but I don't think I'll be able to attend any Ubuntu events until next year. The Ubuntu swag that I got at ubucon Asia was really good.

@bittin @gnome @ubuntu @lemonzest @YouTube nice. I didn't see any tickets for the summit so I thought you had a special invite for it when you had the Ubuntu tag on your neck and hope you have a fun time in England!
