mmhm, turns out mainlining my camera driver will be more complicated that I anticipated
@wanderinghermit I have done that with my laptop SSD quite a few times, *should* just work those days. That being said, some hardware might not be supported because of firmware and/ or kernel issues. Since I have wired ethernet and a ryzen CPU / amd GPU in both systems it just workedâ„¢, YMMV. If you have a nvidia GPU in the desktop PC you'd need to install the nvidia drivers before switching, for instance.
