@josch @Ganneff I won't stop, but I will invest the time spent on free software mostly elsewhere. As someone who reviewed a lot of MRs on salsa and sponsored a few packages, you can immediately tell if it's slop, and it is just a waste of my time.

Very sad, when I started contributing Debian struck me as having a sane rationale; guess I was wrong.

Now I am (semi) seriously considering to start Debian GNU/NetBSD, just out of spite. Would've never guessed it'd come to this.

I'm deeply disappointed by the result of the vote. I seems to me that the project is pretty much split down the middle on the issue, and I'm very unhappy that my ethical opposition puts me in the minority.

I'm not sure where we go from here, but I don't think I want to abandon ship after so many years in the project.
