Well on the plus side if you have a car accident while you were looking at the insurance policy at least you'll know what to do very quickly 🤷

I think it's more technical than price. Remember these are 8 bit machines, so it's easier to express colors in ways that fit inside a single byte, otherwise you have to do three instructions per pixel, which slows your calculations down significantly.
That limitation gives you 2 bits per color (or 2/3/3 if you want to get fancy), which means you do not have that many options for color gradients.

Them: What are you dressed as?
Me: A harp.
Them: Bit small for a harp don’t you think?
Me: Are you calling me a lyre?
'Phonetic' is not.
'Abbreviation' is 12 letters.
'Thesaurus' doesn't have a synonym.
'Monosyllabic' has five syllables.
'Hyphenated’ isn't, but ‘non-hyphenated’ is.
Say what you will about English, but it has a sense of humour.

Just as an FYI.
GitHub supports merging PRs with linear history these days. Doing that gives you a 'rebase and merge' option without merge commits.
Dunno whether you're aware or whether it meets your requirements that make you not use the merge button right now, but I thought I'd point it out just in case.

If you just want to get the humidity down, it's usually better to get a dedicated dehumidifier. They're more efficient in dehumidifying than an AC unit, not as loud, and use far less energy.
Ours is https://www.meaco.com/products/meaco-meacodry-dehumidifier-abc-range-10l?variant=33722215334019 and it works very well, but there are other options I'm sure.

It can, but this depends on the implementation details of your config management configuration, rather than the tool which you use for your config management.
e.g., I once wrote an Ansible playbook that fetched the list of all installed packages and purged those not explicitly whitelisted, then installed the packages that were in the whitelist. That made it possible to assert that all hosts had the exact same list of packages installed.

There are other config management systems that don't require YAML. The ability to be able to say, with actual proof, that all hosts in your configuration are configured the exact same way is not to be underestimated though.

Friend of mine built and sold DIW book digitisers a while ago. Dunno if they still do, but the concept was: Canon camera with free firmware, place to place the book, you press a pedal which pushes a piece of glass onto the book to hold the open pages in place and triggers the camera, you release the pedal, flip the page, rinse, repeat.
Allowed you to scan a while book into a PDF in an hour at most.
Absent that, a standard scanner should also work, though be slower?

It being considered ok by most people for things to be so crashy in those days was a major reason why I moved on to Linux...

Female connectors? Never heard of them.
Also, what network issues? Yes you need to know how to use them, but I do and have never had issues with my own work 😉

I ran out of network plugs, so wanted to order a new batch. I see now in my order history that I accidentally got two in quantity rather than 1.
Surprisingly though they're very different, the two of them.
Ah well, I'm sure they'll both work. Any network to be done soon, @highvoltage ? If so I'm happy to come help 😂
